ROCA is an association of contractors and suppliers in the offshore area. Its partners have acquired experience in the offshore sector for the design, construction, installation and maintenance of structures in the Oil & Gas and renewable energy.
ROCA's main purpose is to promote the activities of the members and provide assistance and information in the energy sector at a regulatory and technical level to its associated companies.
